The online image database holds high resolution image files for high quality print reproduction (300 dpi for double page magazine spreads, front cover, posters, ads, etc...)
It is possible to order and download online from any web browser.
You may search, browse and price images without being registered or logged on.
To be able to order you must either have a login created by us or you must self register with a valid e-mail address.
If you have been verified by us and are logged on you may view image previews without watermark, zoom images to 100% to check detail and quality, save and rename you light box selections, order images and download approved orders. If you are not yet verified by us you will still have a watermark on the preview and zooming on the images will be blocked.
HOW TO SEARCH
> Use the quick search box for one or several Keywords.
> Refine search using the category and collection pull downs to search for Keywords with in a Category that are part of a certain Collection. Example key words woman, in category skiing in collection Royalty Free will return only woman skiers available under a Royalty Free license.
> To browse all images within a category, use category pull down with keyword box blank. Select Collections menu to browse all category items within a Collection.
> Use Advance Search feature to further refine searches example find a woman skier not wearing red.
HOW TO ZOOM to 100%
> You must be logged on and a verified user to zoom.
> To zoom click either the zoom link on the thumbnail or from the preview window.
> You may also double click the preview image.
> The main window will refresh and the zoom tool will allow zooming from 10% to 100%.
> Use the mouse over the image to move the image within the pane.
> The zoom has a watermark to prevent lifting of the image.
HOW TO USE YOUR LIGHT BOX
> To keep track of images that are of interest, use the Light Box.
> Click on the Add to Light box Link to add to light box which adds the image or images to the light box bar on the bottom of the page.
> If you are logged on you may save any number of light boxes and move images from one light box to another.
> You may also email light boxes with comments on each image to colleagues.
> When an light box is emailed the images and comments are included in the email and a link invites the recipient to visit our web site to see the light box.
> Light boxes you receive by email are added to your account.
HOW TO ORDER
> You must be registered with us and logged on to order.
> Click on the add to cart button in the preview window or bottom of the page.
> This adds the image to the My cart page of your account.
> If the image has not already been priced then you will be asked to price the license you require, depending on the Collection the image is in.
> Once the item is priced you may confirm your order.
> This adds the image and order to your My Orders page, where the order will be marked pending.
> You will receive an email with details of your order. we will also receive a copy of the order.
HOW TO PAY
> We offer clients a choice of either secure credit card payment for immediate download via Pay Pal or 2Checkout.
> Or to request manual payment, where by we need to check the order, contact you about payment terms and manually OK the order for download. This could mean a delay.
> With credit card payments you are taken to the secure credit card site to make the appropriate payment. We do not take any credit card details ourselves.
> When the credit card payment is successful, you are notified that it has gone through and can then refresh your My Orders page.
> You will also receive an email to say the order was successful. We are also sent notification.
> For manual payment, you will be sent the email once we have manually OKed the order.
HOW TO DOWNLOAD
> When your order has been authorized either by the credit card payment or by us you are sent an OK to download your order by e-mail.
> You may either click the link in the email and you are directed to a page in your browser where the order will download as a zip file to your desk top.
> Or you may if you are logged on go to your MY Orders page and click on the green download link on that page.
> The order will download as a Zip file, containing all the images of the order plus a copy of the license.
> You may download another copy if necessary of the order up to 7 days after the order was confirmed. |
