Memory Cards

Prefer to stick with 2 GB cards, as the idea of a 6 GB card failing would mean losing too many shots, that would be too late to repeat on a shoot if the problem arose. 2GB means a decent number of RAW images can be shot before needing to change card.

SanDisk Ultra II 2.0 GB Compact Flash cards x 5
These cards have performed trouble free for 100s of GBs of images and seem to perform well when shooting RAW on burst.

Hitachi MicroDrive 2GB x 2
Have performed well and bought when they were the only 2.0 GB media available a couple of years ago.

1GB SD cards - generic

Used as reserve cards... being generic they are too slow when shooting in burst on the SLR bodies. Fine on the digicam S80.
