Coming from working on the slopes and faces of mountains, Tim has always wanted to keep his teams to a minimum. For example is not possible, and is even dangerous, to have large numbers of a production team on a steep mountain slope where skiers and snowboarders are jumping 'blind' into virgin slopes that could avalanche. With a background in minimalist photoshoot teams, Tim is able to work quickly and efficiently, concentrating on creative issues of getting the shots rather than people management of an entourage.
We only pick qualified people whether its for sports modeling or safety on the mountain. We will only work with the best available as our experience tells us even the simplest of sports action shoots can go wrong very quickly. We have a track record of no serious injury on our shoots despite some extreme locations and dangerous stunts and we want to keep it that way.
Each team member is picked for each job for maximum efficiency. We don't work with an assistant if its not really necessary, and prefer that an assistant helps the client with product or styling. No one is sitting around bored on our teams...

Maryline Pognant Tim's multi role assistant for 5 years, helping where ever and whenever necessary. A local French girl and Tim's companion, she went from modeling to a more administrative and assistant role. From image sorting, retouching dirt specs and keywording for upload to the servers to sorting product, styling or managing back ups on location, she is always there with a smile. Sometimes model, sometimes caterer she is a key player in any production and back at the office.
Ian Barton Our technical partner for software development, he keeps the servers running and is always there to lend a hand whenever some technical issue happens...
