Royalty Free is a simpler stock photo license allowing for unlimited use of a photo in any media as defined in the licensing terms. As opposed to Rights Managed image which needs a specific license that covers the intended audience and material support of the publication of the photograph Royalty Free gives a much broader license. Our Royalty Free licenses are only tied to size of use so it can be used on a website and in a magazine advertisement all for the same fee - if the size of the image covers the size used in the magazine ad. Royalty Free licenses are for the original purchaser only and cannot be transferred or the images resold.
We also do Royalty Free CD-ROMs which is a collection of images for one low fee that helps users with their choice of images and offers great value for money. CDs are usually downloaded as Virtual CDs but we can also burn and ship CDs. We try to have similars to images on CD-ROMs only available for download.
Our collection of CDs will be increasing rapidly and we may even have a move to making our whole library Royalty Free in the near future as image buyers have embraced and expect this licensing type for nearly all types of publications, other than on the now very rare occasions where exclusivity is required.
