Production Assistants (1-2 positions available FULL-TIME):

We are  looking to find full time production assistants to work on our photo and HD video shoots.

We have a base near Chamonix,  Mont Blanc, France, but work worldwide and a lot in the USA. We need multi-tasking, extremely reliable and responsible staff who are physically fit, computer literate and prepared to do whatever is needed on a shoot. From online research, location and talent search, to finding props and accessories, or running for lunch, driving and carrying... even acting as stand in talent is all part of the job. We specialize in sports action and are hiking/skiing/climbing/cycling in and out of locations with all our gear, so sports ability is a must. Flexibility, quick thinking and ability to work on your own, plus negotiating skills to get things done right at lowest possible cost are essential.

This is NOT a creative position, and often production staff are not even on set - you could be coordinating talent or guarding vehicles. You will have to spend time at a desk and be prepared for stress and hassle as part of working to tight budgets, traveling and long production days. We shoot some winter sports, but could equally be shooting business or families. We take both stills and HD video and any software skills or interest in learning Photoshop and Final Cut is a plus.

A lot of travel is required for long periods that may not agree with personal lives. Pay is negotiable based on relative experience and responsibilities given or taken on. Please be prepared to trial for us and/or invest time in learning and training as this needs to be viewed as a career move, not a temporary or seasonal job.

This is a fun opportunity for the right people to work on some interesting jobs in some great locations... we are looking to a build strong team of easy going yet very efficient production staff.
